Annina Nevantaus

Annina Nevantaus is a set and costume designer who has graduated with a MA in Art and Design from Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture. In the field of performing arts she has been able to develop her understanding of scenography in a variety of projects ranging from drama to dance, performance art and exhibition design. At present she is working as a resident scenographer at the Jyväskylä City Theatre having previously worked at the Kokkola and Rovaniemi Theatres as well as for independent groups.

On stage I am fascinated by a precise and detailed perception that reflects the surrounding reality, as well as views opening up where art and the everyday meet.
