DA Tua Helve is a Finnish costume designer, researcher and educator. In her artistic practice, presented in Finland and internationally, Tua explores collaborative creation and specializes in contemporary, process-based working methods in performing arts. Her scholarly focus spans the history of Euro-American dance costume and costume in twentieth and twenty-first century choreographies and performance art. She regularly lectures in academic institutions internationally.
